What do you like best about ServisBOT?

Unlike other chatbots, this one allows the integration of AI bots to work/collaborate with live agents. They also can trigger live conversations 24*7, on a need basis which was quite helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We deployed ServisBOT to handle a huge volume of website inquiries for our clients. When we couldn't afford to have a massive team handling similar questions about our financial products and services on a daily basis, we resorted to this AI bot solution to address the questions with ease and efficiency.
