We love that the dispatches get sent directly to our techs in the field, they can make purchase orders in the field, customers are emailed instantly their invoice or estimate and that we can see when jobs are complete. Billing would not be the same without the techs being able to upload documents and pictures that we can see instantly and notify property management of an issue.
