**What do you like best about servicePath CPQ +?**

In my role in TPM pricing, I rely on CPQ daily for most of my working hours. I find it to be an extremely efficient tool for handling complex pricing and quoting tasks. It processes uploaded Excel data within seconds, and its built-in rules make it quick and easy to identify and resolve any errors. One of the biggest time savers for me is the ability to edit Excel data directly within the system, eliminating the need to return to the original file and reimport it. I also appreciate the built-in address verification tool, which allows for fast address validation and makes it easy to update addresses on the fly using the convenient search feature.

**What do you dislike about servicePath CPQ +?**

I think the data editing capabilities in CPQ could use some improvement. While it offers functionality that is somewhat similar to Excel, I find the user interface could be enhanced, especially when it comes to features like copy and paste. Additionally, filtering through large datasets remains rather time-consuming, as there isn't an option for more advanced filtering, like what you would find with a pivot table.

**What problems is servicePath CPQ + solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CPQ has significantly reduced the time it takes me to generate quotes. With the previous software, importing and manipulating datasets with over 1,000 lines could take hours, but CPQ can process imports of that size in under a minute in most cases. For me, the biggest advantage is simply how much faster I can complete my work. Navigating between individual quotes, contracts, and customer details within the system is also extremely straightforward. Additionally, I can maintain much greater consistency in pricing, thanks to the built-in feature that allows me to view historical pricing for the same equipment with just one click. As a result, the second most important benefit for me is the increased consistency it provides.

**What do you like best about servicePath CPQ +?**

The configuration experts are very knowledgable about their field and it made having complex discussions around selling journeys very easy. When we started our project with ServicePath, we were worried about getting our processes onto the system but they soon put our minds at ease after just a couple of workshops. It has been a long and complex process but they are always ready to listen to feedback and make any changes. They also have given us the ability to request things ontop of the current functionality which would require development on their side.

**What do you dislike about servicePath CPQ +?**

It was difficult to access the knowledge base and wasn't always easy to see what documentation was surrounding the work we were doing.

**What problems is servicePath CPQ + solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This will help our sales staff to sell complex solutions without needing input from more techincal members of staff. This can increase the number of sales and also reduce the amount of times where solutions are missold.

There are a few small features which werent available on the system, however these have since been raised as development requests and are being worked by the team at servicepath.

One of the standout features of servicePath CPQ is its remarkable efficiency in generating quotes quickly and accurately. ervicePath CPQ saves us significant time and provides a smoother, more streamlined experience for both the pricing team and our customers.

Validate location for booking process is mandatory and we have some locations in LATAM without zipcode.

It has significantly reduced the time required to generate and adjust quotes, which used to be a bottleneck in our workflow. Now, we can respond to client requests faster, improving customer satisfaction and accelerating the sales process.

Takes extremely long to get up to a working standard. 
Lots of intricaies which confuse the layout for basic use.

Saves my time when approving commercial escaltion tickets.
Automates sales jouirney so no discrepencies to what was approved adn what was quoted to the customer.

Pricing groups are really efficient, it's so fast to apply discounts and to have consistent pricing in all gear.

There are so issues with validating addresses.

The system is quite user-friendly and much faster than other options I've used to date.

**What do you dislike about servicePath CPQ +?**

So far the only problem I'm having is wirh the implementation with Google maps addresses outside of the U.S., but I cannot point if the guilty part is Google Maps or SP

**What problems is servicePath CPQ + solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The agility to quote, I'm now able to finish almost duble the number of quotes I could in a day.
