I like that ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management helps me streamline my daily incidents and allows me to arrange filters or write queries to my preference. I have a dashboard where I can click on my favorite dashboard name to see all the incidents, change requests assigned to my group, or pending for my approval. I love the flexibility with the filters because it's unlike most modern tools where you have to go through multiple tabs. ServiceNow has a unique query writing feature where I can specify exactly what I want, which is very flexible. I also use it for creating surveys to gather feedback from users, and it's useful for handling open issues by sending email notifications for reassigned tasks. This flexibility helps me stay on top of high-priority tasks. Overall, I think it's one of the best tools on the market for coordinating across multiple teams. One thing I don't like about ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management is that when I resolve an incident on one page, it automatically redirects to whatever the previous tab was opened for. I hate that because if I'm changing the status of a ticket, I would not want my page to reset. It kills my mood because then I have to go back, open the ticket again, and navigate back to the tab.
