What do you like best about ServiceNow Software Asset Management?
I have used Servicenow for our integration purposes. The platform is easy to understand, and specifically, I have used the incident ticket for integration. The configuration options were very easy compared to any other product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about ServiceNow Software Asset Management?
The one thing I dislike is that in the configuration we have only limited options. And when the instance is asleep, we need to wake it, and it takes a bit more time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
