"All Security Tools in One Place with Fast, Automated Playbooks"

What do you like best about ServiceNow Security Operations?

The best in it is that it brings all our security tools and alerting systems into one place and lets us launch automated playbooks immediately. We used to bounce between different consoles all day, but now that workload is managed much more smoothly. What do you dislike about ServiceNow Security Operations?

The initial setup is very complicated. Getting integrations dialed in takes a lot of time, and if anything is even slightly off, the whole process stalls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest problem this solved for our business was the constant flood of alerts and the need to jump between several tools all day. Now it helps by bringing incidents together in one place and automatically ranking them, so we can kick off the right playbooks and stay focused on the real threats.
