I like that ServiceNow EmployeeWorks brings employee requests, information, and actions into one simple interface for IT, HR, payroll, and other internal services. I can ask questions or raise requests in plain language, find policy information, and have requests routed to the right workflow instead of moving between portals. The request-tracking feature gives me clear visibility into status and a documented record for follow-up. I also value the AI-powered Enterprise Search and conversational assistant because they help me find information quickly and reduce manual searching. The unified Tasks and Requests inbox brings approvals, announcements, updates, and ticket-status notifications together, and I can access information and workflows through Teams, Slack, mobile, or a browser. Being able to complete approvals and routine tasks without switching systems reduces back-and-forth, saves time, and makes processes more transparent. Existing Employee Center configurations also carried over automatically, so we avoided a full portal rebuild. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find that search relevance can be inconsistent for niche queries, and integration and setup can be complex. The initial setup was moderately easy for us because we already used ServiceNow Employee Center, but it still required planning for licensing, platform version, Moveworks configuration, and integrations. Response times can also slow down during peak usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
