I like how Moveworks makes it easy to find the stuff associates are looking for through the AI Search. It's a one-stop place where you can integrate many applications. With the option to index the sources, I can control the content that we want to show to users based on their roles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI currently is not engaging for the associates. Also, when we integrate Moveworks with ServiceNow, it takes out a lot of useful functionalities like Taxonomy on the portal. We have an established portal that's engaging to the associates, so if it could keep the current UI we have on the portal and just integrate the Search functionality, it would be very helpful.
