What do you like best about ServiceNow CPQ?

Its AI is really helpful to get quotes for products services with customer discussion and satisfaction. The price optimizing let us set prices rules, manage subscriptions and discounts margin can also applied automatically. The customer care of it is very supportive to solve problem of initial setup. What problems is ServiceNow CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before it I have to struggled with emailing and spreadsheets with help of product experts, but now customer and us can stich quotes in word for setting price correctly for clean product configuration.
