I like ServiceNow App Engine’s user-friendly interface and being able to manage service requests and technical issues from one platform. I can raise tickets, assign them to the right teams, and track their status in real time through to resolution. I appreciate being able to see where a ticket is in its lifecycle and keep a record of past incidents and resolutions. It helps teams collaborate, reduces manual follow-ups and communication gaps, and makes it easier to prioritize and resolve issues. I also find the customizable workflows, automation of repetitive tasks, low-code capabilities, and integration flexibility useful, especially alongside AWS and Snowflake. The initial setup was relatively easy and straightforward, with minimal challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find ticket creation time-consuming for simple requests because it can require filling in multiple fields and steps. Ticket loading and navigation can also be slow, especially when I handle multiple requests. I’d like more timely notifications about assignments, status changes, comments, resolutions, and requests for additional information, so I don’t have to keep checking the platform. Smart suggestions and automatic field population could make ticket creation easier, and I still see room to improve integration setup and customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
