What do you like best about ServiceNetwork?

I was drawn to ServiceNetwork at first because it was a program that wanted to handle service referrals on my behalf. It appeared more convenient when there was a possibility to contact different repair services with the help of a single web-site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNetwork?

I am unable to track the status of my referrals which greatly affect communication with clients. The reality hasn’t live up to what was being advertised. The most irritating feature of this car is the failure of notifying the actual status of the repairs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ServiceNetwork solving and how is that benefiting you?

ServiceNetwork does facilitate the means of linking up with a network of service providers. It might be helpful to integrate the primary referral process into the existing system. The overall improvement in efficiency is negligible if better tracking and communication is not made available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
