What do you like best about ServiceMonster?
I like that I can schedule, route, email, mail my database easily within one program Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about ServiceMonster?
The reporting needs work and the call center function needs completion in the newest update. My call center cannot use the current version to schedule and the billing for the call center is very time consuming. I also don't like that I can't print all AR invoices easily.
