Chatbot has helped us a lot. Nowadays, you can buy a gift card for our salon through the chatbot. That means that the extra e-mail communication with customers has decreased a lot. There used to be a lot of gift card inquiries via e-mail, but now there aren't really any since the customers have found everything easily through our website.
