What do you like best about Service Fusion?

It helps simplify everything from dispatching jobs to collecting payments, saving time and reducing mistakes. It connects with software like QuickBooks to automate billing, save time, and reduce mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Service Fusion?

Some customers require a lot of pictures, itd be great if the software could compress the pictures, or find a work around to the 25mb limit, I find myself exceeding the limit and having to manually resize pictures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Service Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the key benefits was having a portal where customers could log in and review past invoices, with our previous software we had to manually send each invoice when requested. With Service Fusion if any customer wanted to review the total number of invoices they had submitted that was a possibility and it saved our team time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
