Service Fusion offers excellent support and a deep feature set out of the box. It is an outstanding choice for growing companies with more than a handful of techs. There are no yearly contracts, only a monthly fee you can cancel anytime. It syncs information directly with QuickBooks Desktop and offers a mobile app keeping office staff and field techs on the same page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Service Fusion? Can be expensive for groups with only 2 or 3 technicians. They do not price based on users but on the account type you select. So this makes it much harder to choose for really small service companies as it is often cheaper to go with per user services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Service Fusion: I would really recommend sitting down and doing a sales consultation with them. From there if you are unsure, I would just sign-up for one month. Since they don't have contracts it allows you to really test and play with the software. We did this and put a few of our technicians on the system and it was night and day compared to our old software. It made it very easy for us to confidently make the switch to Fusion. Service tech dispatching and job management so our office staff can direct field techs to jobs and technicians can work on those jobs in the field and bill our clients in real time.
