"Effortless Workflow Automation with Serval’s Flexible Code Generation"

What do you like best about Serval?

What I like most about Serval is that I can take a complex workflow I want to automate, send Catalyst a prompt, and then watch the code being generated on the backend. I’ve used no-code tools before, but nothing compares to the ease and flexibility I get with Serval. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Serval?

One area I’d like to see improved is stronger integration with SIEM tools. Our security team has asked to pull logs from Serval flow runs as well as audit logs, and right now that’s not as straightforward as we’d like. Having a native SIEM integration would make it much easier to support those logging and auditing needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Serval solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some key problems Serval has helped us solve are our contractor lifecycle process, device compliance, and ServiceNow integrations. For example, we now have multiple flows that automate our entire contractor lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and alerting managers when their contractors are scheduled to be offboarded.
