What do you like best about Sertifi?

I like how easy it is to add signing documents and collect payments. In my case, I use it through Salesforce, and the integration works almost seamlessly. I've rarely had issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sertifi?

I don't like how I need to edit everything in Sertifi itself (payments and documents) for changes to be accurately reported. I wish I could edit items directly though Salesforce and then have them updated in Sertifi + reported on accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sertifi solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's allowing me to quickly get documents signed as well as collect payments efficiently. I'm very happy with how easy it is to use for both myself and my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
