What problems is Serena solving and how is that benefiting you?

Serena is solving the problem of recruitment teams and agencies having to rely on slow, expensive, and technically complex processes to build and manage recruitment websites. It makes it easier to launch, update and optimise career sites, while integrating with ATS systems and improving the candidate journey.

For me, the biggest benefit is speed, simplicity and less reliance on developers. I can make changes quickly, keep job content up to date, create better candidate experiences and ultimately help turn more website visitors into applicants.
