"Sequesto’s ‘James’ AI Supercharges Tender Drafting and Bid Decisions"

What do you like best about SEQUESTO?

Sequesto enables us to quickly and easily create strong first draft tender responses. The 'James' AI draws upon our library of bid responses and intelligently answers the questions guided by our prompts. It typically saves 40-50% of drafting time and on one occasion supported a winning tender to be created in 24 hours! But more than that, James helps us to summarize tender requirements, informs bid qualification decisions, and also helps identify red flags in contract terms. It offers so much more than originally anticipated and is continually evolving. The Customer Success team maintains good engagement and is very supportive, and importantly, our feedback is valued and often acted upon. It provides great value. What do you dislike about SEQUESTO?

There is not really anything much to dislike about Sequesto. Sometimes it is difficult to keep up with the new functionality and enhancements that are continually being added! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SEQUESTO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we adopted Sequesto, it took a long time to find previous bid content, as well as to maintain the library of content, and then considerable additional time to draft responses to tenders. Sequesto quickly and easily finds relevant content and creates a first draft which our bid writers and bid managers can build upon, tailor and enhance. If there is some additional messaging or content to add, then a quick request to 'James' typically quickly locates the required content to add in. Time savings vary from bid-to-bid but are around 40-50% in drafting time, whilst the headache of managing the bid library has largely been removed (in reality, prior to using Sequesto our bid library was not maintained due to a lack of time and capacity). We expect more benefits to accrue as we enhance our processes further to leverage the power of Sequesto. For example, we are increasingly undertaking research, aided by James, which James is then able to consider when drafting answers. We can also upload transcripts of internal bid meetings enabling James to incorporate information and messaging that has been discussed during the meetings. Importantly Sequesto aids our bid managers and bid writers rather than replacing them - human ownership and control remains important, but Sequesto is enabling us to complete more bids with a high level of quality.
