What do you like best about Sequence?

The quoting flow is clean. Templates plus a pricing module make building a quote quick, and it handles the pricing shapes we use: phased ramps, discounts, and tiered usage where it's free up to a threshold and then per-unit. E-signature is built in, so the order form and contract go out as one envelope instead of routing through a separate signing tool. The Sequence team set up our product catalogue and ran a live enablement session for the team, so we were up and quoting without a heavy lift on our side, and the UI is intuitive enough that new reps don't need much hand-holding. What do you dislike about Sequence?

Honestly nothing, maybe that I spent so long looking for a good provider before I landed on Sequence! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sequence solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Sequence we didn't have a proper way to build, send and sign commercial quotes - it lived across documents and manual work. Now quoting, pricing and e-signature sit in one tool, the signed quote flows straight into the billing schedule, and there's approval routing we can turn on as the team grows.
