I find SEP really valuable as they help us develop custom applications for our media company, particularly serving premium content, which represents our fan club. SEP ensures not just the technical aspects of projects are covered but also helped us address the more abstract facets of the product like design and experience, making them an excellent integrated partner. Our particular account manager's background in product management has been incredibly helpful for what we are trying to accomplish. They are skilled at process management and guiding clients through all necessary phases to achieve objectives.
