It's a really simple way to build out reporting that's easy to follow up with and allows us to see the impact of changes we make to our pages. It overlays familiar GSC data with annotations and tracking with useful filtration options. We've had a great support rep who made the setup easy. Not necessarily a con, but for transparency, it just uses your reporting that's available for free through other platforms like GSC and GA4.
