What do you like best about Sentient?
Very friendly UI and the system seems to be designed with MSPs in mind. The system is very well integrated with our other tools and environment.
It also integrates some nice AI features that helps our agents save time on data entry and analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Sentient?
