I think there are a lot of things I like about Sent. The most important one is just the simplicity. With Sent, it's very much straight to the point, and I can fully understand what's going on within the interface. Integrating with Sent is quite easy, just a few lines of code and you're sending your first text, unlike with other messaging aggregators. The initial setup was easy, everything just seemed to be working perfectly fine, and the documentation was quite easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think another thing would just probably be the pricing. It wasn't really clear how the pricing worked on until I got on a call with, I think, Kevin from Sent. And that is when I actually got to understand how Sent goes about, pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
