The standout feature for us is the data accuracy; the precision levels for downloads and revenue estimates are remarkably high compared to other platforms. It provides a solid foundation for making informed strategic decisions. **What do you dislike about Sensor Tower?** There’s still room for improvement around granularity. Right now, it’s hard to tell exactly what portion of the traffic is paid versus organic. More transparent, detailed breakdowns of user acquisition sources would make the platform much more useful for optimizing our own marketing spend. **What problems is Sensor Tower solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sensor Tower is essentially a "digital X-ray machine" for the app economy. It solves the massive problem of market opacity—the fact that unless you are the owner of an app, you have no way of knowing how many downloads a competitor has, how much money they are making, or where they are spending their ad budget. ### 2. It allows for the analysis of competitor data, the tracking of their marketing initiatives, and aids in connecting the dots between significant occurrences and user engagement patterns. **What do you dislike about Sensor Tower?** Connecting to the app store and google play store wasn't necessarily easy. The platform doesn't offer customization for the chart line colors, which would be more convenient if one could personalize them according to each competitor's brand identity. Currently, the colors are automatically assigned and vary with the number of apps analyzed, which can be less intuitive. **What problems is Sensor Tower solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's instrumental in monitoring user behavior, for instance, illustrating the effect of national events on app engagement and identifying which apps gain the most. It's also valuable for strategizing market entries, decoding the competitive field, and assessing the significance and potential of new partnerships." ### 3. The option to choose companies with HQs in specific countries and filter by parent company or by a daughter company makes it so easy to watch how companies' revenues grow/decrease in certain regions. **What do you dislike about Sensor Tower?** I am not completely happy with the taxonomy: not enough granularity within the farming genre. We strictly distinguish between adventure/expedition based games and classic farming games since they have a lot of differences. **What problems is Sensor Tower solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like how it's quick and easy to compare games and monitor the market of mobile games for different objectives: genre competitors, genre size, companies competitors etc. It's user friendly and comprehensive. ### 4. It provides ASO and ASA information for app marketers to gain insights and make informed decisions. **What do you dislike about Sensor Tower?** One feature that I really like about AppTweak is that it allows me to see estimated downloads, for example, if I change the keyword targeting in my metadata. Additionally, AppTweak provides a better overview of industry performance. **What problems is Sensor Tower solving and how is that benefiting you?** data.ai is helping me learn more about how the Freetrade app ranks organically and assists me in monitoring our rank for each target keyword. It is also a useful tool for me to observe the influence of certain ASO changes. ### 5. Our customer success managers are also great in pulling insights and compiling learnings into a digestable fashion. **What do you dislike about Sensor Tower?** All of the Data AI insights are useful in some capacity. I wouldn't say this is something that I dislike about Data AI but I wish there was a way to view a heat map of where users spend time on your app store profile (i.e. are they seeing the 7th screen or reading the whole long description) **What problems is Sensor Tower solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data AI has been helpful in optimizing our keywords and getting a glimpse into competitor insights. This has been helpful for content launches in particular. We are better positioned to use the right keywords and see which competitors are bidding against our brand. ### 6. Having fast paced knowledge via product, become one step ahead from the others. The SensorTower team captures market updates and applies them very quickly to their products, such as Facebook Feeds. **What do you dislike about Sensor Tower?** First of all, I love SensorTower and happy to use this product. Of course,like every product, this product has its shortcomings, but as long as you reach users and get feedback, you are likely to improve yourself. So, thanks for reaching users. My thoughts are like that; First of all, SensorTower can be reached directly to users for efficient use of the updated product, for example, by arranging a short webinar, the user experience can be improved.The advantages of using the product related to specific areas should be presented to the users, for example, what are the issues that match-3 game studio pay attention to when analyzing the market or how people in different titles use this product etc. It would be useful to see the effect of application updates on downloads and revues in a short and concise way. We saw that the SoV and network data on the creative side are not healthy, some parts are wrong and missing (we checked our products), I think this should be improved. It would be nice to be notified and visible when applications and games are transferred to another account. Finally, it would be nice to be able to see the App icon and Screenshot changes along with the updates of the applications. **What problems is Sensor Tower solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rapid implementation of new ad networks on the ad intelligence. ### 7. You can review the data on the competitors, track their advertising camapigns. Also it helps to evaluate users' behavoir: to see correlations about how some major events impact users' activity. **What do you dislike about Sensor Tower?** It doesn't allow to change to color of lines on the charts. It could've been way eaier if I could set my own colors for each competitor that associaties with its brand color. While now the colors even change for each app depending on the number of apps selected **What problems is Sensor Tower solving and how is that benefiting you?** Track user behavour. E.g. how major events in the country can impact user behavior in terms of time spent in app, which app is benefiting the most. I believe that the best thing about Sensor Tower is to observe what your competitors focus on and give opportunity to your company for analyzing and applying new features to your application. **What do you dislike about Sensor Tower?** I'm using Sensor Tower from the almost the beginning of the new year, 2023 and honestly, there is nothing to say about disliking anything about Sensor Tower. I'm just loving it! **What problems is Sensor Tower solving and how is that benefiting you?** Analyzing Google Play for Android and App Store for iOS is not enough because they're not sharing the Data's we're looking for but the Data's that Sensor Tower share is really helpful for me and my company because you're able to deep dive what're you looking at. For example I'm able to anaylze a Game or this Game's Creatives or my Competitor in which I need to analyze to improve myself and my company's statistics. ### 9. Those iterations provide significant impact practically. The biggest upside is the support, reports and analysis they are providing to us. They are providing what we are asking for and as an equally important thing **What do you dislike about Sensor Tower?** Personally, SensorTower's visual side is not my favourite tool out there. It isn't really affecting the functionality but I think there are room for improvement visually. As an additional side, I would rather work with a full set of products without having to decide drop-off which products to reduce the cost. However, since it's a monetization & user experience decision of the firm, I'm not sure if this is a valuable feedback. **What problems is Sensor Tower solving and how is that benefiting you?** SensorTower is helping us what improvements can be made on our ASO, ASA. Keep an eye on the competition and make sure we aren't missing anything major, and if we are what's the impact of the products & marketing side. We are keeping an eye on competitors launch strategies, app's scale on different countries and identify where to improve on product & marketing. We are able to kill or start new projects based on their performance indicators and historical data of the genre/game. We are able to set expectations and goals to our new & current projects even before starting them. ### 10.
