Our users were able to quickly begin using SendSafely with minimal instruction as they found the platform intuitive and were able to easily find the answers to any questions in the SendSafely support portal. The fact that external parties do not need to download an app or install software is a huge plus and we also appreciate the ability to centrally manage file retention for files shared through the Send and Dropzone features. Also key for us was the extensive logging and auditing available for the activity on the platform. Customer support has been great as well - very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. **What do you dislike about SendSafely?** Having the ability to centrally manage file retention for files shared via the Workspace feature would be a bonus! **What problems is SendSafely solving and how is that benefiting you?** SendSafely has allowed us to securely share files with external parties, in an easy to use format that can also be managed efficiently. ### 9.
