With their encryption, customizable expiration dates, confirmation of picking up the item you set, all help you know your important items are safe and secure. It can protect messages and files alike. They also have a number of add ons perfect for your favorite browser that makes it simple to use. With the add on you can easily send any message and any file with an ecryption with a push of a button. They have a few different methods for you to send encrypted messages and recieve them from anyone even if they don't have a Sendy Safely. If you ever need assistance their customer support is always their to help. Wether its a question or you need help training your staff. They will point you in the right direction. Which means its easy to get all your staff trained on how and when to use SendSafely. **What do you dislike about SendSafely?** The only trouble I have every had is you can't send an encrypted email to a group email you need to add everyones indvidual email. Some people on my team have a difficult time understanding how to identify a group email vs an individual which can lead to resends and overall frustration. I hope in the future they could make a possible password feature for group emails. We now have a better way to protect our files in our email besides just deleting your emails. I sent a few messages that arrrived without problem. However, I then sent a message that according to the recipient had not arrived. I reviewed the message, noticed that it was large, and then googled "sendsafely size." I found that there was a 10 mb size limit. I also learned that there was a 50 mb monthly total for the free version. I think that the program should have advised me that my message had not been sent, and that I should have been informed of the size limits when I signed up. No money lost here, but now I have to go back to looking for a more suitable program. **Recommendations to others considering SendSafely:** Bear in mind three things: 1. Maximum message size 10 MB 2. The interface and functionality is simple, which makes it easy to do the right thing and send sensitive data securely. I can choose between sending directly to my recipients' email addresses through the interface, or produce a link to copy and paste. Moreover, it tells you the level of security/risk of each action you choose. For example, it's safer to have the program generate a unique link for each recipient, rather than a general link that could be used by anyone. **What do you dislike about SendSafely?** Nothing I can think of, all of its core functionality just works seamlessly, without issue. The Google Chrome integration isn't great, but SendSafely might not have been responsible for building it, so I won't blame them.
