What do you like best about SendSafely?

The absolute best aspect of SendSafely is how effortlessly it deploys, paired with its incredibly versatile API and webhook capabilities. Getting the platform up and running took very little effort, and it integrates smoothly across our entire application stack, including Zendesk, Salesforce, Gmail, and especially Zapier for orchestrating automated file movements. What do you dislike about SendSafely?

While the system delivers excellent core utility for secure transfers, I’d really like to see more granular layout configuration options in the web portal. The current branding tools are helpful, but broader design customization would let us fully align the portal with our company’s corporate identity guidelines, right down to detailed typography choices and the overall CSS structure. Our day-to-day operations require us to move massive files, design blueprints, and documentation packages that often include sensitive proprietary details and restricted client information. SendSafely helps reduce our data exposure risk by providing an optimized, strongly encrypted transfer method that supports strict compliance with international data privacy regulations.
