I use Sendoso as a BDR to run gifting as part of my outbound cadences, and it makes physical outreach easy to scale. I can send YETI mugs and branded packages to prospects across multiple territories without handling any logistics myself. Tracking delivery lets me time my follow-up emails and calls so they land right after the gift arrives, which has helped me reopen cold accounts and get responses from senior benefits leaders who usually ignore email. Adding a personal handwritten-style note to each send makes the outreach feel thoughtful instead of transactional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main downside for me is that some sends depend on the recipient confirming their shipping address. With remote and hybrid prospects, a lot of gifts sit unclaimed, which makes it hard to time follow-ups. Shipping times can also vary depending on the item, so I sometimes have to adjust my cadence around delivery. I’d also love more flexibility in customizing notes and better visibility into whether a gift was actually received versus just delivered. None of these are dealbreakers, but they add some manual tracking on my end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
