I like the way the variety of items has grown. The ability to send through Amazon is great too because it lets me personalize gifts further. I have sent flowers to contacts who are grieving pets, gift cards (biggest send) and more just to make sure people know I care about our business relationship. Sometimes the Amazon integration doesn’t work. Or it doesn’t let me pick like protein bars (maybe because it is food). I sometimes wish there was a way to pick a local vendor near the contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
