Time management is better with Sendible because once I've entered everything I don't need to think about it again.

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

As as collection of schools we found we had a lot of different social media accounts created over many years. We needed a solution that would enable us to manage all of these and also help us manage who could post and when. After evaluating a number of services, Sendible seemed to be the best fit with our needs. The processes and interface are simple to understand and use and the workflows are effective.

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

Sendible has a lot of really useful content options. It provides you with optimal posting times for all of the different accounts you have linked as well. You can look at all of the different scheduled posts at once and you can also filter to see certain brands.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

The one thing that I don't like about Sendible is that when you're searching for a brand when making a post, you have to search one social media at a time, you can't click on multiple, but that's not a huge deal.

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sendible has made making and scheduling multiple posts incredibly easy! It saves me a lot of time since I have so many brands that I have to manage their socials.

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

Seeing everything in one calendar view is a really great feature and not something that all social media management tools seemed to offer. It's really easy to create and schedule new posts across multiple social platforms in one go, without having to do the same thing multiple times.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

I feel the apps could be improved - Engage and Publish feel a bit out-dated and clunky to use, although they offer the basics needed. This is probably the only thing stopping me giving a 10.

Managing multiple social media accounts, having the time to ensure regularly posting activity - Sendible helps me schedule stuff in advance and be able to see the results through its great analytics tools.

Works well for posting to multiple social meeting accounts. Simple set-up. Can deal with multiple accounts for the same service. Automatic check of artwork to confirm to LinkedIn sizing is a plus. Bulk posting with graphics works well. Responsive to support inquiries.

Pricing plan could be a bit more flexible in easier steps up from basic service.

Continues to add social-media services and enhance abilities. Also good with webinar presentations on features.

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

The ease of writing and approving posts is great.  Also, it's nice to have all our social activity in one platform.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

The reporting needs to be better.  Also they should look into getting full API from vendors  - we have to do many things directly in the social platforms and NOT on Sendible - very inconvenient (I know it's the allowable API from the social platforms)

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the short term, Sendible helped focus our social media, very helpful when you have a small marketing team.  As we grow in resources and sophistication, we may outgrow Sendible.

Sendible has the reports I need, and it easily allows me to link a post to every one of our social platforms. I also LOVE that it suggests the best time (based on the day) to post it!

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

I wish that Sendible provided a report about the amount of likes for EACH social platform, video/reel views, etc. However, everything else has been wonderful in the month or two we've had this!

It is streamlining my entire process, eliminating a number of tasks I had, which greatly helps an office manager with so many hats! I love the simplicity and helpfulness.

Have used other social media management posting services (Hootsuite, Buffer, SEMRush) - none compare to Sendible. Have used their service for 10 yrs

I am located in the US and they are located in the UK so sometimes service issues take time to be resolved, but they do rise to the occasion

They are keeping up with trends in social media management  eg reel videos, youtube shorts. These are crucial areas for my clients

I love the platform options for Sendible, and I love that they keep growing and improving the functions of their platform based on the feedback from users.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

There were times where I would have liked the ability to have certain posting functions, but they did end up adding a lot of those as the technology grows.

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have been working on troubleshooting issues that I had, like reminder emails not having the attachments. The customer service is always on point and friendly.

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

Love the calendar view to see all upcoming posts. Great workflows and ability to send posts to team members for approval. I like that I can have my own dashboard but also have an idea of my whole team's posts. Shared content libraries work great. Ability to edit photos easily in the compose button is very convenient. Great visibility into posts scheduled by team members for future dates.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

I wish there was a feature to click on posts that you have sent and have it link directly to the social media page that they posted on. Giving clients the ability to name their own connections causes some confusion. Sometimes clients name their connection something weird, and I have no ability to edit it. I have to make them fully reconnect to rename the connection. I dislike that when editing photos in the compose feature if you save an edit you cannot go back and change it, you must start over. Would like to see less connection/API issues.

**Recommendations to others considering Sendible:**

Easy to use platform with intuitive features. Still has some room to grow, but they are aware of features that are desired and even have a place to submit and vote on feature requests. Support is top notch. I get responses to helpdesk tickets to quickly and they follow up until my issue is solved.

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some problems with clients needing to reconnect their platforms multiple times. Sometimes it is a bit glitchy in the compose feature. The benefits have been so great for our team to keep us organized and on track.

That I pick the date first before adding content. A lot of other companies have you pick the date of the post at the end.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

About once a year Sendible doesn't post my content because it has sent me a message that I hadn't seen wanting me to re- link my account even though my account hadn't changes. I then have to click in the message that I'm still the right person, and then play catch up on Facebook posting what Sendible hadn't.  I also don't like that it seems I have  to scroll up at 2 am from a PM time no matter what time of day I'm setting up posts. If I'm setting them up at 9 am, I would like to just go from 9 am to 2 am, not some date in the afternoon to 2 am.

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can set a week or more's content up for Facebook ahead os time instead waiting to post each day like I used to.

Ability to schedule post ahead of time.  In the past, we would have to work our daily work schedules around when posts needed to go out.  I was getting up and posting at 4:30 am.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

Nothing - the product works amazingly well for us and meets our needs on a daily basis.  We greatly enjoy using this product.  It flawlessly submits the post that we need onto our social media platforms.

The ability to be able to schedule post way in advance.  Sendible frees up our daily schedules from having to make sure we write posts on the day we need to go out.

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

It's a simple program to learn, use and manage posts  It keeps our team on track and is very user-friendly.  I love the ability to approve posts as well to check on spelling and design.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

I do wish that it had a layering option to send images to the front or back.  I also wished that once the post was saved, it would us allow go back in and make edits to the previously saved document.  Right now, we have to delete and start again.

Sendible is a great platform to help with social media content and posting.  It is very user-friendly and provides excellent reporting options.

It's nice to get ahead in the planning process and organize posts with different employees.  We are able to produce the volume of posts needed to keep our product at it's best.

Just a note on making edits to saved posts - we'd recommend creating posts as drafts. The draft posts will appear on your calendar and allow you to go back and edit them before scheduling. 😁

As a content manager for other businesses I find that sendible does everything I need it to do. I find few flaws with the system and I've even recommended it to my clients who I consult for!

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

My only compl Is that I cannot see both sent and scheduled posts on the same calendar. I wish those would display in a single few so the whole month could be seen at once.

I find it's easy to manage lots of accounts at once and even reuse content among the accounts when appropriate. The sign in process is simple and I easily can post on and schedule for all of my clients.

The ability to add multiple social media platforms and schedule for a later date makes my life so much easier. Also, the ability to  link Canva (have not used yet).

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

Not having the ability to add one contact name and have all their social media platforms autofill. Would be an amazing feature.

Scheduling in advance saves a lot of time and allows for changes before a post goes live. Less errors from my experience.

I used to have to upload pics and descriptions to Fbook every single day. I love that I can plan out a month by scheduling dates for pics and descriptions to be posted.  It makes life so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

Seriously, there is nothing for me to report with respect to dislikes. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in every way. We are extremely pleased with Sendible.

I don't have to keep track of and post stuff every day on fbook.  Sendible does that for me. Plus, it gives me a glance at the whole month so I can space our posts to give us the best benefit.

Sendible allows me to post multiple social media posts on different platforms. It is easy to use and I like the calendar view.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

The only downside is that with the minimum plan, I can only connect 5 profiles. Ten would be much better.

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I first began using Sendible, Twitter was not offering a scheduling application. Although it does now, I still prefer using Sendible. Sendible saves me time.

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

I love using Sendible. It gives me the ability to get my messages out quickly and efficiently. This saves a huge amount of time sending to various platforms. 

I can also customize based on the platform. For instance, a different format for Instagram than for, say, LinkedIn. Sendible allows for the customization and flexibility needed. 

In addition to that I love the suggestions that it provides from other sources so that I get new ideas for additional, new content. 

Sendible is a great tool for serious social media users. I love having it!

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

Precious little. I just want to learn more about how to use Sendible and the great webinars and resource people help on that all the time. Wonderful team of people helping me and that is most appreciated.

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me get more done in less time. Sure I could go to each platform individually and send a message. However, that would be painfully slow and much less productive. Sendible solves the problem of sending regular, helpful social media posts.

I like being able to post from multiple social platforms, setting up keyword alerts and custom feeds for each client, being able to crop and edit photos within the program

I like the way IG tagging works, when you make edits to the original post, but toggle over to a specific social media tab to make an edit, any edits you make back in the original will not carry over to the other tabs. When you're posting to several social platforms for one client and save it as a draft, it doesn't allow you to edit the different versions. Kind of hard to explain, but the draft doesn't allow the ability to edit different versions for each platform.

When I schedule content to post on one of my company's social media accounts, I love that I can preview how the content will look on each of the platforms. Before selecting Sendible, I tried various programs (ones that allowed a free trial without needing a credit card). Of the ones I tried, I liked Sendible the best.

Honestly, I can't think of anything that I really don't like. The only feature I really use is the scheduler. I have not used the queue yet, but I could see myself doing so as my role develops.

I manage a large amount of social media accounts over multiple platforms that ofter require identical posts. Being able to post across all of the major platforms with just a few clicks is a major gamechanger for me.
I also love that you are able to change the text and media per platform, add locations & 1st comment to Instagram.
The recent addition of carousel posts and being able to rearrange photos into their correct order makes Sendible in front of the pack.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

For me, there isn't a lot to dislike.
Sometimes the networks can disconnect themselves after you make a scheduled post, but you get an email about it. You can't post to IGTV which is a bit of a bummer if you have a video that runs slightly long.

I save SO MUCH time. I can set up all of my posts for the week across all of the platforms I use with multiple clients.
The calendar of scheduled and sent items gives me a good overview of where I am up to with my scheduling.

My company only has 3 profiles and it's pretty expensive to get downloadable/shareable reports. We spent the money, but it was a little hard to swallow since we don't need a bunch of different profiles and users etc. It would be nice if there was a package for companies that just want a single user, a small amount of profiles and some basic reports.

In my opinion Sendible is very good at addressing their issues. I really wish I could post Instagram carousel posts through Sendible, but I'm not sure if that's something they have the power to change, or an Instagram issue.

It makes it easy for me to schedule posts in advance when I have time, so I don't have to worry about creating SM posts on a day to day basis. Previously I used free versioned social media applications, after moving to Sendible, I could find major drastic changes and those changes are  Sendible has post-scheduled feature, which is helpful when you have your day off. Videos don't take a lot of time to upload as they use threading and pipelining techniques in the background. A preview of each post is very helpful. Mobile web view is bliss with great UI and UX.

I've faced one problem so far due to poor network connection but to the contrary, Sendible sent an acknowledgement mail that it hasn't been uploaded. that too was solved. Apart from that nothing went wrong and it runs smoothly.

We need social media posts to be scheduled for posting so that we don't need to hire a full time social media manager
