What do you like best about Sendcloud?

We've been using Sendcloud for over five years to manage shipping for Lé Papiers de Ninon, our panoramic wallpaper e-commerce brand, and it remains a core part of our daily operations. The interface is genuinely simple and intuitive — even without technical training, our team can process a batch of orders in just a few clicks. The integration with our Shopify store automates label generation and carrier selection, which has significantly sped up our order fulfillment: what used to take considerable manual handling now happens in a fraction of the time, especially during high-volume periods. Customer support is another real strength: it's easily reachable by phone, and issues are typically resolved quickly without long ticket queues. What do you dislike about Sendcloud?

What problems is Sendcloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sendcloud solves the challenge of managing multiple carriers from a single, unified interface instead of juggling separate platforms for each shipping provider. This centralization has greatly simplified our day-to-day logistics on Lé Papiers de Ninon: choosing the right carrier per order, generating labels, and tracking shipments all happen in one place. The tracking management in particular is a major benefit — we can follow every shipment's status without switching tools, which saves time and makes it much easier to respond quickly if a customer asks about their order.
