What do you like best about Semeon Analytics?

The tool is excellent for text analysis and it helps in identifying positive, negative and neutral sentiments from the data. The level of insights and flexibility provided by this tool is simply amazing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Semeon Analytics?

The tool does not provide a great platform for integrating data coming from various sources like social media, CRM, emails etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Semeon Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a part of pharma consulting firm and the client was interested in understanding different drivers and barriers for a product to be written by prescribers to patients. We collated list of relevant metrics together and then leverage the tool for the identification of key drivers and barriers. Also, we have setup a system in such a way that we will be running this tool every month to see if we are seeing some shift in drivers or barries for a patient prescription Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
