What problems is Semaphore solving and how is that benefiting you?

This capability enables dynamic scaling of job execution and pipeline architecture, incorporating pre-flight checks that have significantly optimized our workflows. This optimization supports dynamic, full pipeline changes based on modified files, triggering only the specific tests relevant to those changes.
