What do you like best about Semana?

The onboarding and the help provided by the support team have always been top-notch. The ease of use for both collaborators and us administrators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Semana?

A bit tedious sometimes to update the communities because they are not always aligned with the developments of our HRIS. We have had some major reorganizations, which were complicated to update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Semana solving and how is that benefiting you?

The implementation of the flex office following the health crisis was quickly carried out by implementing Semana from the start. The employees did not "fear" not knowing where they would be sitting, or next to whom... The managers who needed visibility on their teams were also satisfied with the tracking that Semana allows for both different offices and remote work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
