What do you like best about SellX?

TIDAL was highly communicative, joined us on our Slack environment, and used the tools and processes we recommended, while also professionally pushing back on us to allow them to try new methods and technologies that might work better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SellX?

We worked with TIDAL very early into their journey as a new company, so there were some hiccups we dealt with together with regards to staffing our account. There was a significant amount of personnel change on our account which resulted in a sub-optimal level of consistency from week to week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SellX solving and how is that benefiting you?

TIDAL helped us generate an amount in the tens-to-hundreds of thousands of dollars in new business pipeline. The benefits of this was a fixed-fee engagement, which meant that any additional pipeline they generated above a certain level was "gravy" as some might say.
