I own PetScy.com and hiring Seller Interactive is maybe the best decision I’ve made while running this brand. I had another Amazon agency before SI that ran for almost a year. I wasn’t happy with their results so I went and searched for a new agency and interviewed a total of 5 agencies over a 30 day process. Seller Interactive (Alex) set itself apart right away. Pricing was reasonable (flat fee) compared some of the other agencies that were grossly overpriced and Alex was the only rep to make time for me and answer every little question I could think of over a 3 call span. So I hired SI and the team has been impressive since Day 1. Chris V has been proactive with brand maintenance, Prabh/Hamza (Ad buyers, brand manager) have exceeded my expectations as well as the rest of the team. My sales doubled within 2 months and close to tripling now at month 4. Prabh and Hamza know their stuff! They’ve done such a great job I have already referred a friend. I am actually worried about an inventory shortage as I didn’t plan for this much success. If you’re looking for a Amazons agency, look no further. This agency is the real deal.
