Selldone lives up to its claim of being a complete "Business OS." It covers everything from store creation (now featuring Selldone Genesis for design) to accounting, team management, and order processing. The mobile-friendly dashboard is excellent for on-the-go monitoring.
I love that all features are native. It completely eliminates the traditional WordPress headache of buying hosting and stacking dozens of costly plugins. It is incredibly versatile: you can run physical products, Print on Demand, or even a booking/reservation system for a restaurant. From a growth perspective, their percentage-based commission model is highly transparent and explicitly built to help you scale without massive upfront monthly fees. Finally, having direct, responsive contact with the founder is a huge plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Two features would take this to the next level. First, it currently lacks a Merchant of Record (MoR) system, which is crucial for software and digital sellers looking for a complete tax/compliance solution. Second, the social media integrations could be stronger. I would love to see a native "Link in Bio" page builder within the store so creators can seamlessly route social media traffic straight to a frictionless, 2-minute checkout.
