What do you like best about Selldone?

Features & Depth: Selldone’s admin dashboard includes capabilities I haven’t come across in other ecommerce platforms, and it gives me a lot more control than I expected.

Selldone Genesis: A massive asset for assisting with store management and tailoring design customization—from quick UI tweaks to complete backend and storefront builds (https://selldone.com/genesis).

Top-Tier Support: Kudos to the support team! Selldone has some of the most responsive support I’ve experienced, and my questions were handled quickly and clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Selldone?

Page Builder: Right now, this is the least favorite part of the stack for me. It works, but it can feel a bit clunky, especially compared to how strong and polished the rest of the platform is.

Order Management: At the moment, you can’t edit existing orders directly to add or remove products after a purchase has been made. I hope they work on this issue soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Selldone solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was looking for an ecommerce platform with a robust API and a strong set of AI features, and Selldone has almost everything I need. I integrated Selldone into my Next.js storefront, and it works like a dream. I was able to heavily customize my customer experience unlike any other ecommerce platform I have tried.
