What do you like best about Segmentify?

The personalization engine and customer journey-based automations are what we like best about Segmentify. Thanks to its smart segmentation and real-time recommendations, we’ve significantly increased our conversions and average basket size. It’s also super easy to use — the panel is intuitive, and everything is set up quickly. What makes the experience even better is the Segmentify team: always responsive, supportive, and solution-oriented. They feel more like an extension of our own team rather than a third-party tool. What do you dislike about Segmentify?

There isn’t really anything major to complain about. Occasionally, when new features are introduced or the UI is updated, there’s a short adaptation period. What problems is Segmentify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Segmentify helps us tackle two key challenges: increasing first-time conversions and bringing back inactive users. Their smart segmentation and behavior-based automation allow us to display highly relevant products at the right moment. Cart abandonment recovery, personalized banners, and timely web push notifications have significantly improved our customer retention and boosted average order value.
