"Strong dashboard and talent tracking, but setup and customization take time"

What do you like best about SeekOut?

I like how SeekOut has a dashboard which can help with the birds eye view and overall reflection on how each of the employees are working. Dashboard, talent management, and employee management help keep the entire hiring process and the records in a seamless manner, and the tracking of candidates performance and incentive record is also taken care of. The AI-assisted matching is mostly relevant since it screens through the profiles and highlights skills that help me shortlist for further discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SeekOut?

It took time for me to get familiar with the entire solution. Getting used to the software, setting up workflows, and customizing it according to organizational needs takes time. Assessment management, recruitment management, and compensation management also take time to set up for more complex hiring workflows, and for compensation management I wish there were clearer options available to set it up. What problems is SeekOut solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me source at a very vast level and sometimes uncovers relevant candidates, even though I only use it sometimes because I already have enough candidate profiles in place.
