What do you like best about SeekOut?

I really appreciate SeekOut for how quickly I can find relevant candidates for specialized roles, which is a great help in making the recruiting process faster and more targeted. The search and filtering capabilities are remarkable in narrowing down profiles based on specific technical skills and experience, saving me from manually reviewing a large pool of candidates. I also find that the initial setup was fairly easy, needing little technical effort, and after configuring the account and workflows, I was able to start searching right away. What do you dislike about SeekOut?

One area that could be improved is the accuracy of matches for very niche or highly specific roles. Sometimes I still need to review profiles manually to confirm the candidate's experience really aligns with the requirements.
