Seeker Solution came into my business to provide fractional support for the business in the capacity of an HR Department. They were not only a sounding board when I needed it, but truly a confident partner as I was growing the business, and new to all the things with ownership. Most importantly they were (1) responsive; (2) delivered their promised deliverables; (3) solid and accurate on their advice and guidance. It is one thing to be hardworking, but to be knowledgeable in the field is a huge game changer. Majority of the time I did not even know what questions to ask, so I would vent with my issues and they would provide strategic solutions. Hands down a great investment in your business, for all the fractional service needs you have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
