What do you like best about SedonaOffice?

That it allows for a place where people in different departments, whether in the field or in the office, can add in notes so that everyone is kept in the loop about things going on within projects Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SedonaOffice?

It times out quickly if not used. I tend to have it up all day as I use it a lot and find myself having to log in multiple times throughout the day. It also works best when all parties input necessary information to keep everyone connected Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SedonaOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps with communication between departments and gives a central place where everyone can input notes. It makes things me more productive and performance increased because I don't have to go and chase down multiple sales, install, or product management representatives to get the information that I need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
