What do you like best about SecureLink Customer Connect?

Ensuring secure access to systems only by approved means and by approved users. Since implementing SecureLink we have been able to reduce the ingress into our network by vendors considerably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SecureLink Customer Connect?

Onboarding new Vendors to the software is tough at times, but this is usually due more to human error than the software itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SecureLink Customer Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have removed all other vendor software for remote access. By migrating all of our vendors to the same software management becomes much simpler. In a company that regularly has 30-40 vendors needing access to systems that we physically house, allowing everyone to use their own is a security nightmare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
