The product's feature of allowing specific users to elevate applications for their job functions, complemented by automatic approval policies and comprehensive reporting, enhances both functionality and security in our operations. Additionally, the fact that there are no local admins in our environment is a huge advantage in maintaining secure systems. I also appreciate the ability to blacklist applications, which adds an extra layer of security. The support team is excellent, as they are responsive to our needs and efficiently incorporate requested features in subsequent updates. Overall, the initial setup was straightforward with the SCIM configuration supporting user provisioning, which is critical for integration with our environment.
