Renewing certificates is efficient and doesn't stall, which I find really time-saving. The ability to switch domain validation to a DNS CNAME record also stands out to me, as it automates the domain ownership confirmation process during renewals and eliminates the need to track validation emails manually. The interface is the weakest part: the login page feels dated, our company logo in the portal is outdated and misaligned, and finding the right certificate in the list takes more clicks than it should. I would also welcome a smoother process for EV code signing renewals, since the reissue and hardware token steps still take noticeably longer than an ordinary server certificate renewal.
