What do you like best about Second Talent?

What stood out to me wasn't really the number of profiles we received, but how easy it was to have an actual conversation about the people behind them. The candidates came into the process with enough context around their previous work that our team could get past the usual CV discussion pretty quickly. That was useful for us because we could talk about how someone approaches their work, communicates with teammates, and handles situations that are closer to what they would actually encounter day to day. What do you dislike about Second Talent?

There were a couple of moments where I would have preferred a faster turnaround between one step and the next. It wasn't something that stopped the process, but having clearer expectations around timing would make the experience feel a little smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Second Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?

One thing we've struggled with in the past is making a good judgment about someone from a CV alone. Two people can have very similar backgrounds on paper and end up being completely different once you actually talk to them. With Second Talent, we had a more useful starting point for those conversations. Instead of making the decision based primarily on someone's listed experience, we could spend more of the process figuring out whether the person actually made sense for our team and the way we work.
