What do you like best about Second Talent?

What stood out wasn't just the technical ability, but how quickly people became part of the team's day-to-day workflow. Within a short time they were joining discussions, contributing ideas during planning, and working comfortably alongside the existing team. What do you dislike about Second Talent?

Nothing significant. It would be useful if there were occasionally more candidates with direct experience building B2B SaaS products, but overall we've been happy with the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Second Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're constantly releasing improvements and new capabilities, so there are always multiple teams working in parallel. During one of our busier periods, we needed additional engineering support to keep things moving without delaying other priorities. Bringing people in through Second Talent helped us spread the workload more effectively, and it meant product updates stayed on schedule while our internal team could continue focusing on longer-term work.
