What do you like best about Second Nature?

I really appreciate Second Nature's customer service and their responsiveness. Their team members are professional, and they offer a range of services at a competitive price. The resident liability insurance package is particularly beneficial, providing coverage across our entire portfolio with an easy-to-use system and smooth claims process. I also like their ethos of a 'triple win,' which benefits everyone involved—from their business and the property managers to the residents. This approach makes their services easier to sell and provide at a good cost. We find their integration capabilities really helpful, especially as they work on new software to streamline our tenant onboarding and lease signing processes. It significantly speeds up the lease process, adapting to individual property needs, and simplifies the whole system by allowing residents to pay security deposits and review leases online.
