The experience starts from their sales and quotes, looking into the needs. Weekly check-in till onboarding and the support they provide during the initial implementation. What do you dislike about SearchStax?
Not a lot to point out the dislike. They are good at what they do. There are certain things, like clearing the search index, that we need to rely on the support team. It would be better if we could self-serve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
